No support

  • Like many others, I’m getting the “processing” message when I ask the plugin to put related posts at the end of my content. Two unanswered emails and a week later, and I’ve given up. The share buttons are great and work perfectly, and the interface is easy to navigate, but the fact that it just doesn’t work and that the developers can’t even give me a “sorry, we’re working on it and will get back to you” response makes me want to switch. So I’m going to.

    @finchplucker, first of all, we really apologize for not getting back to you sooner. It’s no excuse, but we’ve been facing much higher than usual support volume…

    If you can either provide me with your website address (or point me to the support request ID), I will get this squared away for you ASAP. Shareaholic Apps usually work out of the box (we work really hard to make them so), so it’s likely something very minor and should be a quick fix.

    Hi there,

    I am experiencing the same issue with related posts. It just keeps processing and no related posts show up on my blog.
    Submitted multiple support request and no response so far.
    I really like Shareaholic plugin, but if this issue won’t get solve, I’ll have to look for something else.
