    I like this plugin, and just got an lifetime license for 5 sites, and we needed support
    We have been waiting for a week now, and the message has not even been seen yet.

    Instead I had to change alot of code to make it work to our standards in functionality and design. So thats great, but still very unprofessional and I can only tell you not to buy this plugin.

    The support guide says you should write to the “online” chat and be logged in to their site, and still nothing. Even if TI wishlist is one of the best, then you should choose a company that cares and support their products.

  • I took am still waiting for some answer to my thread on here. Although on the free version.

    For 2 months now I have not been able to get my money back. They made a refund, but there was no money. The support is terrible. I created some tickets and they just deleted them.

    The money has not yet arrived. The refund was made on April 18, 2021. Today is June 9th and there is no money
    They are not honest

    I have to agree. I have sent numerous emails to support and even posted the lack of printing as an issue to the GitHub repo… nothing.

    I would NOT recommend this plugin. It’s pretty, it’s very expensive and it feels abandoned already. That certainly feels “scamish”.

    Time to go after their Merchant Account.
