    We have a community forum for getting help from other users. However, if you want priority, dedicated support from Jigoshop staff, we do offer premium support packages.

    I don’t know if that will get you answers sooner but it might.

    Was there an issue with the plugin? You need to review the plugin instead of the support you (hadn’t) received.

    On the contrary, the support available for a plugin is essential in choosing that plugin. This is something wordpress points out. It’s a very relevant post and has helped me in my choice.

    there is new support team responsible for the product – in case of issues post them here under support tab or under support@jigoshop.com

    I’m surprised to see your review. Please have a look at the support forum.. vast majority of cases are resolved and please look at the reviews – many people have given us 5/4 stars for our support.
