    I’m really sorry to hear about this bad experience and apologies for the delayed reply here in the forum.

    We do have our premium support for PRO users and I’ve just checked that indeed you created 6 tickets in our system and all of them were replied but we haven’t heard back from you.

    Could you please check your SPAM/JUNK directory for those emails as they might have landed there?

    Let us know if you can’t find those replies from our team and we’ll check once again.
