    First impression, one star, the email sent was not processed.

    If you look at almost every single title of all the five star reviews we have they unanimously rave about how good the support is. Instead of leaving a one star review it would be appreciated if you would create a support thread in the forums or send another support email. I am
    happy to answer any questions you have.

    I am not aware of any unanswered support emails so itโ€™s possible yours never came through. I am not sure why your first reaction was to immediately go the one star route instead of trying to reach out to me.
