Support » Plugin: The Events Calendar » No support

  • I’ve used both the free and paid versions of this plugin and support is always an issue. If you’re expecting to hear back from your plugin developer or their support team find another calendar plugin. I’m logged into and need to login (again) to support but have been unable to do so. Questions on the forum go unanswered. Very frustrating.

    Hey @lzevon, thanks for reaching out.

    Geez, I’m so sorry for the frustrating support experience. It’s definitely not our intent to shut you out but we obvious have and want to make it right.

    Our support system does indeed require a login to submit a ticket and that is a separate login that can be set up here:

    (FWIW, we know it’d be more ideal to have the same password for both our site and for support. We hope to make that happen!)

    You know what would be a good interim idea – putting on your support login that it is in fact a separate login. Low magic I know, but holy smokes that seems a pretty simple thing to do for what would likely save your team a lot of grief from folks like me.

    Also, how about someone at least looks at my issue in the support forum?

    There’s an apparent issue with the latest version of the plugin affecting your users (@tarabusk temporarily resolved by reverting to a previous version).
