  • I opened a support ticket almost two weeks ago till today no response.
    The plugin does not work on my site.

    If you have reed the other support tickets, that you had seen , the support is still active. But also a one man show have holidays, jobs, family and so on.

    But maybe you will help in this topic – i search for helping hands to support the area here before users get negative reviews?

    mathmpofu, it’s free. What do you expect? Think about the time the author put into this! And it’s not your time, it’s his life. If the plugin doesn’t work, make it work. Search the web till you faint, but don’t post a negative feedback to a good product that happens not to work for you.

    There are a lot of things to check and try before asking a question, but you know.. we are all comfy first and it’s easier to ask a question. You asked, you wait, if nothing happens, you ask again and again, but don’t give a negative feedback.

    You know what I do when something doesn’t work? I fix it or I leave it! And if I post a question, don’t expect to much for something made for us for free.

    Is just one man and we are millions.

    P.S. Troubleshoot by deactivating all your plugins and use only this one AND even better, install Bitnami WordPress on your notebook and test the plugin there. You can get your answer much faster than 2 weeks waiting for one here 😉

    I think that such idiotic reviews should be banned on WordPress Plugin Directory. It’s like a disease everywhere – people get angry because of unrealistic expectations or because they do not understand how things works. WordPress team should definitely do something about it.
