 * At first, this plugin worked just fine. All of a sudden, it will no longer send
   the emails to the subscribers. I’ve sent four support messages but have received
   only silence, in return. Now that I have a few dozen subscribers on the site,
   it’s going to be difficult to move to a different subscriber system!
 * I suggest you not use this plugin. It only makes for a terrible migraine.

 * Where do I find the reply? Can’t you give me an answer here instead of making
   me hunt for the answer? I’ve submitted two support tickets, sent four messages,
   and still I have received no support and my client is losing his patience. So
   am I. You’re making me look real bad to my client. The rest of the site I created
   for him is great and he loves it, but this one flaw is like an itch that won’t
   go away.
