    Hello,

    I just installed the DropshipMe Plugin and imported some products. Unfortunately I don’t get any supplier info about the product like I have seen in a tutorial.

    Then I tried to input the supplier info manually. Unfortunately the information doesn’t get saved anyway.

    Do you have an idea what the reason could be? I don’t see any other issues with my WordPress installation.

    Dear Michael,

    First of all, please make sure that your site meets all system requirements mentioned here. Then, please open some imported product in your Products section and open Supplier info tab. If the supplier’s info is blank, there is an error in your WordPress database (a necessary table has not been created). Please contact our support team via email support@dropship.me, and our technicians will fix it.
