    Hi there,
I installed both plugin and widget but something doesn’t work.
    The behavoiur is as following:
1.- A user writes his email address in the subscription email address field.
2.- Internally, I can see it appears in “Public subscribers” in red letters
3.- The user receives the email asking for clicking in the link to confirm subscription but the {ACTION} field is empty… first problem.
4.- When clicking, he is sent to the web page but the following message appears in the screen:
    Subscription Confirmation
No such email address is registered
and the “public subscriber” remains in red. Actually he’s not registered at all… second problem.

Can you please help me to solve these issues?
    Thank you in advance.

  • @ralpinist,

I’m not seeing this on any of my sites, nor can I recall this being reported before. Disable all other plugins and try a core WordPress theme and if the problems resolves it is likely to be a conflict.

If the issue remains please post a link to your site so I can check it out myself.

    Hi @mattyrob,
I installed subscribe2 plugin in a clean environment.
After that, I added one by one all the plugins I have in the production environment and… it works!
After that, I activated my customized theme and… it works!
    So, what can be disturbing?

    @ralpinist,

Is this new install on the same server? If not then it’s possibly a server configuration difference. If it is on the same server then it’s possibly something in the configuration of another WordPress plugin or theme.
