No subscribe forms

    I feel like an idiot, but I can’t figure out how to get the subscribe forms to show up on my website. Maybe it’s because I upgraded to 4.2 before installing Subscribe to Category? Reading the documentation, it seems like a basic form should show up automatically. I see the instructions for including or excluding specific categories, but I can’t tell which section of the plugin code I would edit to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for not humiliating me by responding to my idiocy! I finally saw instruction #4 in the installation guide. Don’t know why I didn’t see it yesterday.
