I use HDQuiz a lot and this is the first time I’ve had any serious problem. On every page which has a quiz, the button to submit your answers is no longer appearing.

In addition, when I turn on ‘Show results above quiz’ in Quiz Settings, the word ‘Results’ shows above the quiz before even starting to answer the questions. I haven’t seen this before either.

I had a notification in my dashboard that I’m on an old version of PHP, and I thought that might be messing things up. However, I’ve updated, and there has been no improvement.

Please explain in plain English as I’m bad at this stuff.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi confidence270,
the problem is your jQuery version is not the one that is compatible with WordPress development.

You are using a plugin called jquery-updater, and it is this plugin that is drawing in the wrong version of jQuery for WordPress. Please deactivate that plugin and then clear your cache.

If for some reason you are unwilling to remove the jquery-updater plugin, let me know and I can send instructions on what to do to force compatibility.
