    Hi everyone,

Main domain: planetevacances.travel – an empty blog

    Subdomain: agence.planetevacances.travel – an empty subdomain…

Can anyone tell me, why is there no link for the subdomain ‘agence’ (agency) in the dashboard menu, while I’m connected to the main domain?

Meaning that I can’t access the sudomain through the back-office of the main domain.

But… I can access the subdomain back-office (and all its content) throught that URL: https://agence.planetevacances.travel/wp-admin/ but I still don’t have an internal link.

What’s going on? Any clue to fix that would be nice…

  • Your screenshot URL goes to a private IP address that won’t work on the public Internet.

As you can check with that other network I manage, we can clearly see that there are 4 links that go to each subdomain.

Why then the ‘agence.planetevacances.travel‘ submenu doesn’t show up?

All right, a friend gave me the solution…

As far I wasn’t admin of the subdomain ‘agence‘ I wasn’t supposed to see it from the main domain, and this is the reason why there is no internal link.

As soon as I’ve created an admin user account in the subdomain, then the link appeared. Thank god, I thought I did something wrong when I setted up the network.

    Issue solved.
