    Hey,

    Thanks for a great plugin.

When I use the shortcode, the search bar shows up without any styling whatsoever. It looks like Windows 95. 🙂

According to the FAQ and your own support pages, it should show up as the same responsive menu as used in the main knowledge base header.

    Is this a bug?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you by any chance click “do not load header and footer?”

Also, try using “Modern” theme from BasePress plugin settings. This should help.

Hey, please don’t mark issues as resolved until they are actually resolved. It makes it confusing for newcomers and is dishonest.

No, I have not selected those options. I am talking about the SHORTCODE search bar, not the entire knowledge base page.

The CSS is completely disabled and suggested search results (ajax) too. So what would I need to do in order to fix this or research the root issue?

So the shortcode for search bars is kind of useless? Since it does not work?

It does actually work. This seems to be a problem particularly in your case. Have you tried this on a different environment or setup? Maybe create a quick test site on instawp.io and see how it works?
