    Hi together!

I have a small problem with the plugin. We have a German website and the FAQs translated to English. These translations work fine. But I have problems with translating the strings, e.g. “Search”, “Enter your question”, “No results found” etc. I wrote the translation in the “Labelling” section of the plugin, but then they are wrong again in English, of course.
When I search for these terms in WPML under String Translation, I can’t find it, also not in the domains.

    The second problem:
When someone searches for FAQs, the message “xx results are available, use up and down arrow keys to navigate” appears at the very bottom of the page. This doesn’t look very good (and it’s not translated again). Is there a way to get this text under the search box? If it’s easier, we can just hide it, because it’s not needed.

    Thanks and best regards

    Hi crowd,

Do you have our custom post type enabled in your WPML settings? I think that, when you add a new custom post type, WPML doesn’t enable it by default.

For any questions or issues with the search feature, I’ll have to ask that you please contact us by email or via our website (https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/), as the search is part of the premium version, and discussion of the premium version is not allowed in these forums.

    Thanks for the reply.

Yes I have it enabled, also it is possible to translate the FAQs, that works fine. I have only problems with the strings.

    Greetings
