It looks like a great plugin. Exactly what I needed. But I dont see the sticky side buttons in my widget list.

It is in my general menu and I can create and save the buttons. But I don’t see them in my Appearance widgets section. In other words. I don’t see the buttons to drag them my home sidebar.

    Any advice – Cheers

    Hi there,

The plugin adds an item to the left wp-admin menu “Sticky Side Buttons”. From there you can control all aspects of the buttons. There is no widget. And on the front end, the buttons don’t sit within other elements they layer on top of your whole side. So… again… no widget – that’s just not how it works at all.

    Thanks,
    Maeve

Hi Maeve, thanks for the super quick reply.

But how can I get the buttons as a layer on the side?

    That was my problem

No worries Seby, happy to help 🙂

If you have created buttons, and configured the settings, the buttons will stick to the side of your site. That’s their function. They’re not an element that has to be inserted anywhere else in the backend (eg in a widget, page etc). Does that help explain?
