    My stats page is currently only showing stats numbers. No other information is showing. I’ve tried clearing my cache and multiple browsers. All have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,
    Same here

    In fact all the <td> lines are under the table in a same line.

    I saw int the css code :
    in include/admin-style.css

    .label {
    position: absolute;
    top: 56px;
    bottom: 0;
    width: 32px;
    right: -32px;}

    i do this, with google dev tool :
    .label {
    position: absolute;
    /* top: 56px; */
    /* bottom: 0; */
    /* width: 32px; */
    /* right: -32px;*/}

    And i can see my table as usual.

    Nota: web site is always in WP 5.2

    Did the last Jetpack version not full compatible with WP 5.2 ?

    Thank you

    I have the same problem – only numbers. I actually can click links, so I think it’s a visualization glitch of the plugin, and it will be fixed in the next update.

    Hi folks.

    It’s impossible for us to check what’s going on without knowing what sites you’re speaking of, and also without knowing if you’re speaking of the full stats page which lives at https://WordPress.com/stats, or the legacy stats page at WP-Admin ->Jetpack ->Site stats, or wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats

    Can you please provide that info, and we can take a look. Also let us know what browser you’re using, including the browser version number. Does clearing the browser cache, disabling browser add-ons, or using a different browser make any difference?

    For what it’s worth, for my sites on WordPress 5.3 and Jetpack 7.9 I can access stats normally at both locations, in Firefox and Chrome on Windows, and both of those along with Safari on MacOS.

    Nota: web site is always in WP 5.2

    Did the last Jetpack version not full compatible with WP 5.2 ?

    The current version of WordPress is 5.3. Jetpack 7.9 is fully compatible with WordPress 5.3, and it should also still work on WordPress 5.2.

    That said, WordPress 5.2 came out in May, and there has been four minor releases since then fixing various bugs and security issues. It’s recommended that you update to the newest version as soon as possible, both to keep your site secure and to prevent conflicts with any plugins you are using.

    Hello,

    It’s on wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats

    here the screenshot : http://free-pictures-hosting.org/upload/2019-11-18-10-48-34-306501-erreur-jetpack.jpg

    Not cache serveur or Pc prob. any conflict with other plugins .
    Same with Chrome or firefox.
    Problem appeared after the last Jetpack update.

    Just strange css.

    (I have the WP version just before 5.3 and jetpack 7.9)

    Here you have the screenshot. It’s in the Italian language, but I guess you understand.

    Regarding the rest, I tried with both Chrome and Edge, as Khahina said, no conflicts with other plugins and the problems appeared with the last Jetpack update.

    Your screen shots are for two different pages.

    @alexserenrosso, your screen shot is for the stats for a specific day, so it’s for wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&day=2019-11-18, rather than just wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats

    I checked that view as well on my site, and it’s loading fine for me using WordPress 5.3 and Jetpack 7.9, so the problem is not Jetpack. I switched my site to Italian as well, in case the language is related, but even then the stats page loads fine for me, with all information visible that should be.

    Not cache serveur or Pc prob. any conflict with other plugins .

    Regarding the rest, I tried with both Chrome and Edge, as Khahina said, no conflicts with other plugins

    I did not suggest a plugin conflict in my reply above, but as you both bring it up, have you disabled all other plugins except Jetpack to see if that makes any difference?

    Can you please provide links to your sites so we can check them from our end?

    You are right, it’s two different pages. In Khahina’s page I have normal stats. There, everything is working. I guess you understand where I took my screenshot, but in case, I took it from my admin page, clicking on any day from the graph.

    My site is https://iltopodiludoteca.it

    Thank you.

    Checked with wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&day=2019-11-18 and same problem.

    Best regards.

    My issue seems to have resolved after updating the “accelerated mobile pages (AMP)” plugin. New version 0.9.98.16 seems to have resolved the issue in my case.

    I confirm @lee-king’s solution. It’s working again now.
