No Sound On Chat Request? No Email sent?

    Hello,

    I bought the plugin and it looks pretty good, but what’s the point in having a tool like this without having sound when there is a chat request?

    What should I do, stare at my blog screen all day to wait for chats?

    Also, email is not being sent when there is a chat request, tried to change the email in WP admin panel and still nothing.
