I explain it.
In widgetized homepage there is a slider, it works.
But if I install a plugin (like Cyclone Slider) and I try to load it into any widget, the homepage slider is still working, but my new customized slider doesn’t work.
So, if Jetpack 2.2.2 is activated, slideres doesn’t work.
If I deactivate Jetpack, sliders work.
Does the same problem occur when using another theme?
There’s no way to tell for sure, until we take a look at the live website.
I can send you admin credentials, so you could see actual configuration of the website.
I’ve just added the cycloneslider in your “after the header” and “after the footer” widget areas and it worked on both of them.
It’ still active in your after the footer widget area, so you can see it in action for yourself.
But why I can’t load it in header?
I put code in the header, because this is the area that I need to use for display this slider.
Can I add some code to load the slider on HEADER.PHP file?
Could you be more specific? Where in the header exactly? I’ve just put it in “before header” widget. You can only put widgets in widget areas.
Header was meant for logos, brief descriptions and navigation, that’s how the theme is designed and that’s best practice when it comes to web design.
I just want to mention a couple of things, if you don’t mind:
1. You’ve named this support thread “No sliders could be loaded”, which is not true.
2. You’ve said that cyclone slider could not be loaded into any widget, which is not true.
It would mean a lot to us, if you could be more specific in the future. Theme is free, but every support thread costs both you and us time.
As for the customization or info on how to do other stuff with WordPress themes, I suggest you take a look at http://wordpress.org/support/.

I’m sorry, I know that every support thread costs time…
I only start a thread if I can’t find any solutions.
I try to explain it better.
I named this post “NO SLIDERS COULD BE LOADED” because I tried to load sliders on header, directly on theme (ARCHIVE.PHP), not on widget, and every slider plugin that I tested could not displayed in this file.
So, Cyclone Slider (just like a lot of slider plugins) could load in a widget or directly in a theme. I tried second way, because I need to display it on the right of logo, NOT in widget areas.
You can see my modified code of HEADER.PHP in this link:
In file HEADER.PHP of Cazuela theme, I put a code for display slider.
Slider is not displaying with this method.
