Sometimes on both mobile and desktop, the slider is sometimes not showing and a large area underneath is also showing as blank. At other times it shows normally.

This has persisted through the past two updates.

Turning off the plugin removes the slider, but resolves the issue with the blank space.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out here…

Please use the “lazyload” parameter and check. actually, this is a website image load issue.

our “lazyload” parameter values “ondemand” and “progressive” so please use this parameter and check.

    [recent_post_slider lazyload="ondemand"]

    Thanks,

Hello @patelketan – thanks for your reply.

I’m not sure if I did this correctly since it also needed the other parameters, but this didn’t seem to work.

    I tried this:

    [recent_post_slider limit="6" design="design-3" lazyload="ondemand"]

    Hello @nookgaming,

    Thanks for sharing the details.

I have checked this plugin on our local server and it’s working perfectly.

I think You have modified our plugin js because I have checked your website and I found the console.log “Wppsac” variable error display.
Please refer to the below screenshot.

    Hello @patelketan

Thank you for checking, but I have not modified the plugin. It has been directly downloaded from the Plugins/Add New menu initially, then the ‘Update’ function. I have also just now reinstalled it.

With that in mind, do you know what may cause that error message / this problem?

As noted, it only sometimes seems to not display properly. In addition, when logged in as Admin is always seems to show as correct.

    Hello @nookgaming,

We have checked many times your website but we have not found our slider any blank spaces on your website.

    Thanks,
