    Since the latest plugin update I no longer see my sites Google Analytics stats. How do I get them?

    Thanks!

    Pat

    Hi there,
    You will need to reauthenticate to see our new reporting area (your site is still tracking just fine), on the home tab of the Settings panel

    Got it! Thanks.

    It’s working now.

    Even after reauthenticating, the data was only updated to the time of reauthenticating. Days after that are still not updated.

    I noticed this twice:
    – first time after updating on Feb 20. No more data after Feb 20.
    – on Feb 22, I did reauthentication again. Today is Feb 24, in GA it’s showing data for Feb 23 already, but in MonsterInsights, data is still stopped on Feb 22.

    I have the same problem as @hungpham

    I reauthenticated on Feb. 20 and data was displayed up to Feb. 20. I have no new data from after Feb. 20 showing from MonsterInsights.

    Meanwhile Google Analytics, the WordPress Dashboard, and Jetpack Dashboard all show newer and current data.

    problem here too .
    after re-authenticating .. data stopped at 20th of february..

    I contacted Chris, and here is the fix.

    File includes/admin/reports/abstract-report.php line 207 will read
    $data[‘expires’] >= date() &&

    the “date” needs to be “time” like this:
    $data[‘expires’] >= time() &&

    I applied, and it seems working well. I can get data updated.

    An update to resolve this issue has been released.

    Please note in the future, we normally only do support for users at monsterinsights.com/lite-support/ so that our whole team (not just those with wp.org access) can do support and also so we can give a faster and better support experience by having tickets for both our Lite and Pro versions in the same place.

    This still does not seem to be resolved. Despite the update, I still see no data on any of the several sites I had to re-authenticate.

    This is not good as I have a lot of sites now with zero data from the date I followed the instruction to re-authenticate.
