# No Shortcode and Export builder.

 * I have Contact Form DB installed on another website working fine. I just installed
   it on a different website and it will not display the Shortcode and Export Builder.
   When I open the shortcode function I see the features listed but no tabs labeled“
   shortcode” and “export”. If I click on any of the listed features like shortcode
   or export I see the words “Form, columns, rows… etc. but none of my submitted
   forms fields are showing under the “Show” menu.
 * Any ideas?

 * There is probably another plugin loading conflicting JavaScript libraries.

 * You were 100% spot on. I found the conflicting plugin and deleted it. Now everything
   is working properly. Thank you so much.
