    Hello,

We are having an issue where products are not syncing between our woocommerce store and facebook.

Additionally, it looks like visitors to the facebook page are not seeing a “shop” button at all to be able to view products from facebook.

How can we make sure our visitors can actually shop from our page? We are able to see teh shop button when we are logged in.

    Thank you,
    Troy Thomas

  • Hey Troy ( @twebteam ),

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear that our plugin isn’t working as expected on your end. Happy to help troubleshoot this. 🙂

I’m going to need a bit more information on this one in order to proceed! For instance, you’ve mentioned that products aren’t syncing to your Facebook Shop and visitors in your page aren’t seeing a “shop” button. Could you let me know if:

    a) The setup for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin has been completed successfully on your WordPress site?

    b) Is your Facebook page published? If you’re uncertain, you can check the instructions here.

Looking forward to your response to further assist you

    Best regards,

    Hi Pit,

    a) Yeah the set up has been completed successfully to my knowledge, and we have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the site and facebook with the plugin a few times

    b) Again I believe so but I will need to check with the owner on that. I can search for a go to the main facebook page for Kiss and Stitch so I believe it should be published, there just isn’t a shop option in the menu towards the top of the business page.

    Thank you so much,
    Troy Thomas

I should add though that we do have a blue “shop now” button a little higher up that takes us to our actual website, but we are not able to browse or purchase items directly through the facebook page

    Hey @twebteam ,

Thank you very much for your response and for sharing the extra information with me.

If the setup has been completed successfully, then we can proceed with the next troubleshooting step. Could you please login to your Facebook Product Catalog manager, and let me know how many Catalogs are listed? You can send over a screenshot if that makes it easier too! What we’re hoping to see here is one catalog, and that the number of products is not 0.

Depending on what that shows us, we can then take the next steps to dig in further or resolve any issue that we see. Could you let me know when you have a moment to run through this for me and pass on the extra information? 🙂

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Pit

    Hi Pit,

Sorry it’s taken so long for me to get back to you. Let me follow up with the owner of the facebook account and i’ll get that info over to you.

    Thank you so much

    Hey @twebteam ,

No worries about it! When you have more information regarding the status of the Product Catalogs of your Facebook Shop, I’d love to continue further investigating this with you! 🙂

In the meantime, don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help you.

    Best regards,
    Pit

    Hey @twebteam,
