    Hi,

    I am having issues getting any shipping providers to show. I have tried syncing it, and it shows 168 providers in the window when I sync. But, it doesn’t add them anywhere.

    All my plugins are up to date. I connected the TrackShip, am I missing something?

    Hi, thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly.

    I have watched the video and it does not solve my issue unfortunately. I have some screen shots if that will help. How do I send them to you?

    When I go to sync it, it shows that there are 168 providers but it doesn’t show them anywhere after that is done. I have a blank screen on all of those tabs.

    You need to check if there are any conflicts with the plugin. Check this for How to check for plugin conflicts.

    I am having the same issue as @nicolelburch.

    I am having trouble with Advanced Shipment Tracking. Whenever I try to add a custom shipping provider or sync the default shipping providers nothing is saved. I can see that the providers info is being fetched, but it doesn’t save and when I reload the page it still doesn’t show any shipping providers.

    I am running on a WordPress multisite installation if that can have anything to do with it. I have tested deactivating all plugins but WooCommerce and Advanced Shipment Tracking but it doesn’t help.

    Hi @tobbecokta
    The default tab when you enter the shipping providers list is the “Active” tab – if you’ll click on the “All” menu and you will see all the providers. You can then enable the shipping providers that you ship with.

    Also, you can search for providers and you will get the search results regardless if the provider is active or not.

    I have checked this tab and it is empty as well. Same goes for when I am searching for providers, it shows “no providers could be found” (in Swedish).

    Is this issue is new? Did it work before? Clear your browser cache and try. if it’s not solved:
    Make sure you are using the latest version of WP/WC/AST and any other plugin.
    Deactivate all your plugins besides AST and WC and check the shipping providers list. Clear your browser cache and go to AST settings, if the shipping providers display, it means that you have a conflict with another plugin and you should activate all the other plugins one-by-one to check which one creates the conflict.

    I am running this plugin on one more site and there it is working great. That site is located on the same multisite installation. This site is a newly setup site and I have not used Advanced Shipment Tracking here before.

    I have double checked that WordPress, WooCommerce and Advanced Shipment Plugin is running the latest version. I deactivated all plugins again except for WooCommerce and Advanced Shipment Tracking. Then I opened up Incognito Mode in Chrome and tried to both sync the providers and then also to add a custom provider, but still I am facing the exact same issue.

    And to answer your question, when I did this, I could not see the providers in the list.

    I am actually still having this issue, and have not figured out a solution. If anyone has any other suggestions I would appreciate some more feedback.
