This question has been asked a number of times, but it often relates back to a plugin or something simple the asker missed.

I’m having an issue where, on my .us site, no matter the address entered in, you always get the message “No shipping options were found for [ADDRESS]”. I can confirm that it is using the correct shipping zone as debug mode has shown. The only shipping method for that zone is free shipping. And I’ve also played with product size/weight settings but still no dice.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lexgear!

In order for us to better help, we would need to take a closer look at your shipping configuration.

With that said, can you please provide us with the following:

A screenshot of your current shipping zones setup (you can use Snipboard.io to send us a screenshot).
A link to the product/s you are seeing the issue with.
A “shipping to” address we can use for testing.

    Cheers!

    Hi @lexgear!

Your main shipping zones seem fine to me. Could you please send me a screenshot of both the methods’ settings you’ve added to each location?

    Thanks!

I found the culprit. A block of code that removes the shipping rate on an order with a subtotal of 0.

I’m not sure why it’s there, but removing has fixed the problem. When I figure out why that was so important at least I’ll know how to make sure it doesn’t conflict with shipping options again.

    Thanks Rynald0s.
