Hi, our website has been live for about a month with no issues. Then the below has started to happen.

‘No shipping options were found for…
Enter a different address’.

I have checked the shop base and have the ‘show only for logged in users’ unchecked too.

My flexible shipping options only work when I am logged in.

Do you enter the same shipping address while logged in and not?

Hi Grzegorz,

I have the site open in chrome, logged into admin and the shipping option works.

I also have the site open in firefox, not logged in and get the ‘No shipping options were found for… Enter a different address’.

Hi,

can you include screenshots from shipping zones settings, shipping method settings and checkout from chrome (logged in)?

Hi,

your rules works from 4 kg in cart. Please add more to cart or fix rules settings.

@grola Hi Grzegorz, I don’t know how can I catch you so I just decided to ask you about one little thing right here. I want to use Przelewy24 payment gateway on my website and I need a checkout plugin. I builded my woocommerce store on elementor and I just need some help with checkout and cart. Currently I have Woocommerce blocks which allows me to edit checkout a little bit but its not compatible with Przelewy24 gateway. Can you help me? I saw on WP desk that you created one plugin, so maybe this one can help me?

I suppose that our other plugin – Flexible Checkout Fields might come in handy in such case. It allows to modify the way how the checkout looks like and comes with both – free and paid version as well.
