# No Shipping Method

 * No shipping method is being displayed for our customers. I can access plugin 
   settings so this is a different problem than the outage reported in my last thread
   four days ago. How to fix?

 * The possible reasons for this could be, incorrect configuration of shipping rules&
   Item qty list or carrier Credentials.
 * Could you please share the screenshot of your settings and enable the ‘debug 
   mode’ and provide us that info? So that we can check and help.
 * Note: Please do remove the account specific info from the request as this is 
   a public forum
