No sharing appears and code shows up in the email field

Email has a partial tag… a HREF=” … in the email field and then beneath it is …email@address.com”
No changes have been done to the plugin code wise. I just installed and got it up and running and this showed up.
You can fill it out and it does go into the database but the page doesn’t refresh to look like it submitted and then the sharing portion doesn’t show up.
