Anybody please? I’m desperate on this one…
Hi
In your wp admin in the setting Plugins > Polylang: could you click on “Deactivate” and then on “Delete”. After that you have a warning “Are you sure you wish to delete these files?” click on “Yes, delete theses files” (at this moment the uninstall script cleans your DB).
If it doesn’t work you have another solution: “How to deactivate all plugins when not able to access the administrative menus?” it’s via your ftp. No a good way because it doesn’t let the uninstall script works and cleans your DB.
Ok, but after deleting and re installing will I still have all the translations? I mean we already have tons of translated pages… Or better said , how could I revert to the settings before deleting the plugin? I already have backed up the database.

Hi!
Could you better explain your problem? Which settings you can’t access? Polylang settings ? Can you access to settings->languages? if yes have you languages in your list?
Try deleting the Polylang directory in wp-content/plugins and re-upload all the files. Do *NOT* click on the red delete link in the plugins list table as you would loose all Polylang data.
If it does not work, try to de-activate all your other plugins and switch your theme to Twenty Fifteen to see if your problem is a conflict.
I have languages installed and configured but I can’t see the polylang settings. The tab is there but only shows a blank page with nothing on it!

Could you edit ypur wp-config.php and replace the line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
by
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
Do you see any errors displayed?
