No Setting option [FEP Settings] on localhost | WordPress.org

I’m getting bit strange problem. Plugin works well on web hosting but on localhost using WAMP server getting no FEP settings menu under plugins options. Tried uninstall & install several time, didn’t fix that. Any idea how to solve this issue? Thanks.

That is indeed strange. Are all the other plugins working correctly on your local environment? Have you tried deactivating the other plugins.
