• I requested a refund for the remaining 11 months, not the total cost refund. (of 199$)
But they said, “Nope, Sorry!… because, it’s not “NEW” subscripstion 🙂 ”

I checked the payment details late because it was an unused service, but it was less than two weeks after the new payment was made.
It doesn’t make sense that I can’t get a refund just because I paid for an unused service automatically purchase.

This website hung catchphrase “30DAY MONEY BACK WARRANTY” everywhere to induce initial payment.
At the time of initial subscription, ‘New subscription 30-day refund guarantee’ is emphasizing, and automatic payment was set to ‘Default’ is shading.
And then, they reject all refund requests afterwards.
    This is deceiving the consumer.
I wonder what provisions of the Consumer Protection Act can implement these policies.

    Re”new”al is literally re-signing a new contract.
    This is a ‘new’ payment.

No service has such a refund policy.

  • They screwed me over too for a hundred bucks. I had 3 websites using Elementor Pro but after getting tired of constant conflicts with my other plugins and always having to rollback to find a previous version that would work with no C/S support, I cancelled the subscription for all 3 websites, disconnecting them a few weeks before the renewal date. They reconnected one on their end and then billed me for another year for all 3. I of course complained immediately within minutes of being notified of the charge but they refuse to refund me.

    They are FRAUDSTERS!
