 * When I click on “Add Button” in my page or post the interface comes up but blank–
   no button selection. Please advise.

 * Is it at least showing the “Add New” window? Just not the buttons?
 * Also, please make sure you are on the latest version of MaxButtons and try deactivating
   reactivating.
