No select page option for AVH extended cats

    Hi, I’ve got AVH Extended Categories on 1 website and it works really well (latest version 3.9.3). Just tried installing it (same version) on another site, and it doesn’t give the ‘show widget on selected pages’ option at the end of the widget options.

    How can I get this option to show up again?
