    Hello,
    In the PRODUCT DATA section of the items file in woocomerce the various sections (attributes, inventory, advanced, …) are not displayed. Install and uninstall theme and plugins one by one.
    Current version WP 5.6.
    Theme: Astra
    Version: 2.6.2 with Pluging Starter Template Version 2.4.0
    Attached I send you an image for you to check.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    You’d stated that you uninstalled and installed the plugins and themes one by one.

    Just to be sure, kindly do the conflict test as follows:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check if the Product Data is shown

    If you’re able to see the Product Data at this point, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

    Go ahead and enable the other plugins, one by one, to find the one that caused the Product Data to disappear.

    You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Let us know what you find out with this test.

    “Cambia temporalmente tu tema a Storefront
    Deshabilite todos los complementos excepto WooCommerce
    Compruebe si se muestran los datos del producto”

    Siguo sin resolver el problema.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Given the test you’ve already done and the report above, I don’t see major indicators of what could be causing the product data matabox not to be shown.

    You’ll want to get someone to take a closer look into your site and investigate further. I recommend reaching out to a developer or the customization experts on the WooCommerce Customizations Page.
