Hi, are you using script control? If so, then only the links added to the script control list will have the tour. So if you want to see a preview, you need to add the preview link there.
But we suggest, initially do not turn on script control. First, create a tour and embed it on a page. Once you are done publishing the page. The add that page to the script control list and turn on script control.
