    Hi,

    When I click the category “Using Products”, then the sub-category “DataNumen Outlook Repair/DataNumen Exchange Recovery”, not all articles under it will be listed, and there will be no scroll bar which makes to to scroll down to see more articles.

    How to solve this issue?

    Thanks

    Alan

    Hi @chcw ,

    Hope you’re doing good.
    You can add this CSS on your stylesheet to get this done:

    .docs-sub-cat {
        height: 9.5em;
        overflow-y: scroll !important;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    This will be your final outcome if you add this CSS on your stylesheet: https://d.pr/v/GrptUn

    Note that, Scrollbar visible on hover is happening for your theme CSS/JS. If you want to make it visible for all time you can contact your theme support.

    Thank you!

    Hi, @abidhasan112

    Thank you very much. I follow your instructions and now the scroll bar appears, but it does not look as nice as yours in your video. Why?

    Hi @chcw ,

    I’ve just visited your website and it seems fine on my end like my previous video: https://d.pr/v/2F4al0

    Can you please try from another browser by clearing your cache.

    Thank you!

    Hi @chcw again,

    Gotcha! I think you’re checking from the Windows OS. Scrollbar depends on the OS hence you’re seeing that scrollbar from your Windows device.

    Well, you can add these CSS on your stylesheet to make your scrollbar beautiful 😉

    .docs-sub-cat::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb {
        background-color: #C4C4C4;
        outline: 0px solid #ffffff;
        border-radius: 10px;
    }

    .docs-sub-cat::-webkit-scrollbar {
        width: 0.3em;
        background: #F3F3F3;
        border-radius: 10px;
    }

    Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @chcw ,

    I went through your website and saw that you still didn’t apply the CSS that I provided in my previous message.

    Did you face any issues with this? Please let me know so that I can help.

    Thank you!

    Thank you very much. I have added the CSS code. Due to the cache, it does not appear right now. I will check and get back with you when that appear.
