NO RTL support by the plugin

I am using gtranslate plugin for translating to Arabic but as claimed in the description, it doesnot support RTL Language
As my website remain LtR even when switched to arabic
I have temporarily just added css custom code to make only the header RTL because making the entire website RTL in custm code is causing cluttering problem
Can you please guide why is it not showing RTL?
