I’m using a CDN might that be the issue?

Thanks for reaching out, my name is Adam.

This error is occurring because the site is loading a version of jQuery (1.8.2) that is different than the version of jQuery bundled with WordPress (1.12.4).

Simple Pay is developed and tested against the version of jQuery that comes bundled with WordPress.

Once you are using the bundled version of jQuery, clear your cache and the error should go away.
