  • Hi @khaledalkhamesi,

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot of the issue. There are a few possible reasons this error could occur, but to quickly narrow it down, please start by going to WordPress Admin > Settings > Permalinks, then simply save the settings and try again.

If the error persists, the next step would be to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping to check if the issue can be replicated in isolation. If you’d prefer not to do this on your live site, I recommend running the test on a staging site instead.

Once you’ve tried these steps, please update us with your findings.

    Thank you for response.

I’ve already done this before. Before speaking to you, I used Gemini to resolve this issue.
    The steps I took:
    1- Edit permalinks
2- Disable all plugins except this one
3- Check that the shipping company’s IP isn’t blocked
4- Change the theme to a default WordPress theme
5- Check mod_rewrite on the server
6- Delete Woocommerce shipping plugin and install again

I’m still having this problem, and I can’t complete orders except from the WooCommerce app. The site completely rejects this action, and this message appears.

I also forgot to mention that I deleted this plugin and install it again.

I found the problem and it is not from you, I went to ModSecurity™ Tools in WHM and found that there is a rule that prohibits external connection, so I put it in the security box and the problem was solved.

    Thank you.

    Hi @khaledalkhamesi

I’m glad to hear you were able to track down the cause in ModSecurity and get everything working again, that’s great news. Thanks for letting us know what resolved it, as that will be very useful for others who might face the same issue.

If WooCommerce Shipping has been useful for your store and you appreciate the support you received, we’d truly appreciate it if you could leave us a quick 5-star review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-shipping/reviews/#new-post

Feel free to open a new forum topic if you run into any other problem.
