Suddenly i get no results in the search page (ajax search works but i don’t use it), it was working fine and i can’t combine it with any plugin update.
    No settings change made.
If i deactivate the plugin i see results and if i delete the &type_aws=true i see results too
    Any advise?

  • I am having the same issue after updating the plugin to version Version 3.11. Removing the &type_aws=true does allow results to display. Also, changing the aws_id to any of the other search forms (ie =2 or =3) seems to work.

I’ve rolled back to version 3.10 and everything is working. I’ll wait for an update from support.

    Hi,

It is hard to say what exactly goes wrong there.

First of all – please try to enable debug mode as described here and open the search results page one more time. Then check your debug.log file for any errors.

Also – open the plugin settings page and scroll to the ‘Search results page’ section. Inside it change the value of ‘Change query hook’ option and check search results one more time.

We’re having the same issue on a site with 3.11. We rolled back to 3.10 and issue is resolved.

The same. I have to roll back then the problem solved.

Please tell me the name of your current WordPress theme. Do you use any page builder to customize search results page?

Also – are you using any filtering plugins or any other plugins that can reflect on search results?

I am using Shopkeeper, no plugin to customize search results and no filtering plugins.
I will produce the debug file but it’s an online store so ill have to pick the right time.
