• I have “Send each submission via email” enabled. I also set up a field with type “Email Address (Quiz Taker). I left the Advanced Options as default with “Automatically send email to quiz taker via inputted email address fields” selected. I’m not receiving any results via email.

Also, I want to be able to have the survey taker choose an email address for their survey to be sent to from a drop down list. I also tried to set up a field with type Drown Down Box and entered several email addresses in CSV format into the values field, but still no results are being received via email.

How do I get this to work?

Update: It’s not working if the site is configured to use SMTP (e.g. using WP Mail SMTP plugin). If I change the email settings in that plugin to “Use the PHP mail() function to send emails” instead of “Send all WordPress Emails via SMTP” then I receive admin notifications. It also works with the drop down field to send to an additional email address. But I still need to know how to get it to work with SMTP enabled because I want to use SMTP instead of PHP mail(). I read somewhere that if I change mail() to wp_mail() somewhere in the plugin code that would work but I haven’t been able to find where and it also looks like this change was made in an earlier update. Still it’s not working with SMTP.
