    Really? I find it hard to believe that we are in the year 2013, and still a large portion of developers haven't learned about Responsive design yet. I will go ahead and write all the responsive code and post it on this thread when I'm done. These things should be done already. Ya'know, true flexible design doesn't even require media screen queries in the stylesheets...... Stop using Float: and start using Columns, or even display inline-block, the use a min-width & max-width that plays nice with large and small devices..

    Also, it is possible to use the HTML5 video option from Vimeo and chuck the flash unless a fallback is needed? Like really, Flash has been done for several years already.
