  • The product is great right up until support is needed. At this point it just becomes something to uninstall and replace with something that honours its stated purpose. As I’m not a dev and was sold the pro license as the way to bridge my lack of knowledge and still end up with a working functional site. However, if no one responds to a ticket then I have no choice but cancel the subscription and move on. It really is a great plugin…unless it goes wrong.

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience.
    We are doing our best to respond within a few hours from the moment we receive a ticket, so, I’m not sure what was the reason we haven’t responded to yours.
    Can you please send us another email, so we could locate your ticket and help you resolve your issue?

    Have just submitted my third ticket. Look forward to a response.

    Perhaps if you gave a ticket number rather than a “thanks for contacting us” message, these issues could be expedited. Please feel free to give me an email address to correspond with, if that would make life easier for you?

    Still no response, Fixed it myself 0% help or support from your team. If I could take the one star away, I would.
