• I submitted two support tickets to this plugin over a month ago, and despite having purchased the plugin, I haven’t heard back. How can I get in touch with the plugin authors? After paying over $70, I would have expected some support…?

    Hi Katie, those support tickets must have not gone through or maybe we have responded and our responses landed in your spam folder. Can you please check to see if you have any email from friends@revive.social in your spam folder?

    Looks like the support is sough for the paid version of your plugin. If so, please provide support for paid products on your site, NOT in these forums.

    @t-p Sure, since the customer is reporting here then their request seems to have gotten lost along the way somehow, hence I provided them with a link for direct support. Once we receive their support request on our end we’ll be sure to mark here as resolved, thanks

    @reachout For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
