Support » Plugin: WP User Avatar » No response to PHP error… use plugin at your own risk

  • This looked like a helpful plugin… and so it was… for a while.

Then WP reported a PHP problem. Using standard plugin conflict diagnostics, I narrowed the problem to WP User Avatar.

When I contacted the developer, flippercode, they denied it was their issue.

I Activated the plugin again and the PHP problem came back. This time, I outlined each step of the error to flippercode. Showing them exactly where the problem was in each stage of execution.

NO REPLY. I Deactivated the plugin.

Today, trying to get an avatar to appear on a busted piece of shortcode, I Activated the WP User Avatar plugin. INSTANT KARMA. The PHP error is back.

There’s a problem here that I was happy to work through with flippercode, but they don’t care.

  • How did they reply to you? Been three weeks since I have been reporting about a conflict with another plugin and they are not responding.
