  • For several weeks I have been getting bright red warnings ‘File Change – Fatal Error – Scan Failed’ messages in my ‘Important Events’ log. Repeated requests by me and several other users have been ignored in the forum. Now the Moderator has shut off the thread. I also emailed one of the developers but got no response. Absolutely the worst ‘Customer Service’ EVER!!

  • Don’t hold your breath waiting for a response from these folks. I posted a question about BackupBuddy not working properly two weeks ago and not even the courtesy of “we’ll look into it.” As a result I deactivated and deleted their plug in and moved on. VaultPress who work with Jetpack have been fantastic, they respond with in a couple of hours and are extremely helpful.
