No response from their Help blog
I have put in at least three questions to their help center over the course of a week and have not received a single response. Looking at their help blog shows weeks with no response for questions that are being asked (the same issues I am having) with no response. The only responses from their help is to give them the keys to the site by giving them the FTP log in information. The ONLY answers that I have seen have come from the user community.
