    Hello,

    I have submitted 3 support tickets on the wpforms website. I also posted comments asking questions. My last email was a request for a refund as a result of such poor service.

    I have also cancelled my subscription.

    Can you please let me know if my refund is being processed? I cant understand how a company in this day and age can have such poor service.

    Hey William,

    I apologize for the miscommunication.

    I suspect your email provider might be marking our responses to you as spam.

    We have 3 different support tickets from you, starting on Dec 30th, all which were responded to within 24 hours with no reply/response.

    The email yesterday requesting the refund was received and already processed. If you paid with PayPal, you will see the refund in your account immediately. If you paid with a credit card, it will take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed on your card.
