    Hi there,

    I asked the Sales support team a question because I’m in doubt if the plugin will do exactly what my client is looking for.
    But I never got a response. 2 days ago I send a message again, but now response.

    Is the support a purchasing a license better?
    I hate it when the support of a plugin is lousy.

    Does anyone know?

    Hi Aswin,
    Thanks for your response.
    I asked the first question about 4 weeks ago, so I don’t think I will get a response on that.

    I needed to know if it is possible to purchase without the theme and see if it works fine with the theme I’m used to. If not, I’d like to upgrade.
    Do you know if that is possible?
