No response from sales support

Hi there,
I asked the Sales support team a question because I’m in doubt if the plugin will do exactly what my client is looking for.
But I never got a response. 2 days ago I send a message again, but now response.
Is the support a purchasing a license better?
I hate it when the support of a plugin is lousy.
Does anyone know?
