No response after purchase

    I want to flag the non-existing response after I filed my request for refund.
    Tested it thoroughly but doesn’t fulfill my needs, therefore as mentioned as an option, would like a refund.

    Sent several mails, contact via website, Facebook,… NO response!

    Be careful when buying !
